Feathered Friends

I'm not really into birds, but these little guys were eating from the bird feeder on our back porch today. I have no idea what kind they are because, as I said before, I'm not really into birds. I do, however, love the painted buntings (at least that's what I think they're called). They haven't shown up at the feeders yet, but they'll be along....and I'll be waiting!

I'm not a bird person either, but you have captured them very well indeed. So clear and bright.

I am into birds! I've been wanting to capture some but it's hard to when I'm at my desk all day! Anyway, they are "Chipping Sparrows" very busy little eaters!

Did you use your aperture on this picture? I have been playing with this feature, but I haven't figured it out yet. I have read several things on it, but.... still no luck. I think the birds turned out very good.

Amy, wow! I'm sure by now I sound redundant, sorry about that. Girl you are some kind of talented with the camera! These are beautiful. LOL Glad we have Judy along to tell us what we're taking pictures of! I had no clue!

Amy, I guess this was a bird day. I had an encounter of the close kind. I can tell by the quality in your pics that my camera is way past outdated. Hey I got an in camera zoom and nothing else, what can I say. Accept that I'm sorta green.
